Managing the Humidity Levels in Your Home

This will allow you to control the humidity level in your home using a humidistat, a thermostat that measures indoor humidity. A humidifier/dehumidifier system can help you all year round, as it can also aid in maintaining your RH levels on cold, dry winter days.

HVAC Inspection

Have a professional check your home for any air leaks that could be increasing your indoor humidity. A full inspection ideally should be carried out twice a year at the beginning of summer and winter respectively, but you can also choose to do it once a year without major consequences. It’s important to remember, however, that seasonal inspections offer more advantages.
